If you've heard anything about Wesley Chapel lately, chances are Epperson Lagoon came up in the conversation, and for good reason.
Epperson isn't just a cool place to spend the day. It's a 7.5-acre man-made lagoon with crystal-clear water, white sand beaches, paddleboarding, a floating obstacle course, and food & drinks on site. It's the first of its kind in the U.S. and it's right here in our backyard.
